Yes. Although I can apply my expertise across any industry, the bulk of my background lies in the banking, finance, and technology sectors.
It’s pretty simple. We’ll have an initial consultation to understand your needs and what you want to achieve. After that, we can start benchmarking your current performance and strategise some plans.
I’ll quantify the scale of our work together using my advisory model. At the end of the benchmarking phase, I’ll share costing for the whole project based on findings and next steps.
I believe that each and every company has their own inherent set of challenges. So I always offer solutions that are completely bespoke to your particular challenges, desires, and needs.
The very nature of our work together revolves around support, advice, and guidance. We’ll agree on the length of support depending on the size of the initiative. It typically varies from one to 6 months.
Although I’m a project management consultant with an arsenal of tried-and-test tools, we don’t have to stick to a specific set of tools. I’m open to using your own too. In terms of methodology, I use my decade-proven BD-WDCP methodology for companies all across the world.
We’ll make sure you hit the pre-agreed KPIs from the onset of the project.
While I can’t guarantee that all urgent and time-sensitive queries will be dealt with right away, I’ll certainly do my best to respond as swiftly as possible.
I’m a continuous learner who regularly attends conferences, networks and events so that my skills and industry-knowledge are always up-to-date.
We recommend a yearly review of strategies and a quarterly review of KPIs. This is to ensure you stay on track with your objectives and don’t waste resources.
